About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience in concrete finishing to support our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
*Assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
*Support concrete operations including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing
*Perform basic concrete finishing tasks such as screeding, edging, floating, and troweling
*Set and strip concrete forms as directed
*Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
*Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
*Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
*Work collaboratively with foremen, equipment operators, and other crew members
Qualifications & Experience:
*Previous experience in construction required
*Concrete finishing experience strongly preferred
*Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
*Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
*Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
*Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
*Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
*Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods
*Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
